Vocational Management Services (VMS) is committed to protecting the privacy of personal information that we collect and receive from you.

Personal information collected by VMS:

• VMS collects personal information (such as your name, email address & date of birth) where it is necessary for performance of its function.

• Generally, VMS is provided personal details (such as names, address & contact number, date of birth, date of injury & employer contacts) by a third party i.e. your employer or insurer - if you have consented or it is reasonably expected for us to collect the information in this way in order to provide the service requested.

VMS obtains your signed authority to liaise with third parties in order to provide services requested.

Using, Sharing of Information & Disclosure:

• VMS only use your personal information for the purposes for which you provide it to us and for directly related purposes (unless otherwise required or authorised under law).

VMS may disclose your personal information to third parties in limited circumstances authorised under law, e.g., preventing fraud or imminent threat to the life or health of the individual concerned or another person.

Electronic mail addresses:

• We will only record your e-mail address if you send us a message or it is directly related to communicating with you regarding the necessary provision of services. It will only be used for the purposes for which you provide it.

We do not use or sell any contact details to any party either directly or indirectly.

• VMS will take reasonable technical & organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information.
