Ian Muster   - Rehabilitation Consultant

Ian has worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Consultant and Career Counsellor for the last 10 years following a career in education which included over 21 years as an R-12 Principal.

He is experienced in the provision of all facets of vocational rehabilitation, including Work Capacity reports and Vocational Profiling. He has successfully assisted many injured workers to return to pre-injury employment as well as manage the transition into retraining and new work/life options.

Ian has provided career counselling, vocational profiling and coaching in job search strategies, resume writing and interview techniques to injured workers, professionals, executives, middle managers, public sector employees, graduates, blue-collar workers and people seeking to return to the workforce. He has mentored and supervised student teachers from Adelaide and Flinders Universities and is an experienced assessor on merit selection panels.

His qualifications include a Graduate Diploma in Curriculum Development, Diploma of Teaching and Certificate IV Training and Assessment. He is a member of the Career Development Association of Australia.
